A Modern Art Inspired Cake


An Amazing 2 tiered 10 layered lemon sponge cake soaked in vanilla syrup and Limoncello a Italian lemon liqueur filled with 2 layer of my raspberries preserved and Swiss raspberries
Buttercream, and a center layer of lemon curd
Frosted with Vanilla Swiss buttercream, covered with satin ice vanilla white fondant.
Decorated in a Jackson Pollock’s inspired design with Black, Imperial silver and Antique
Gold, with a braid boarder.
Garnish with a giant Asian Peony sugar flower
And topped with pearlize pearls in various sizes.
