An Apple Spice Caramel Cake


A decadent 12 layered spice cake with shredded apples roasted chopped walnuts, and dried Cranberries flavored with powder ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, powder cloves.
Soaked in vanilla syrup and Bourbon, filled with 3 layers creamcheese caramel frosting with a thin layer of my delicious apple compote with apple pieces, and a layer of salted caramel, frosted with creamcheese frosting in a semi- naked design.
Decorated with a boarder of chopped toasted walnuts, topped with salted caramel in a drip design, garnish with dehydrated apples slices to create a open Ruffle flower effect.
